- Monomials are one term polynomials. Example: 6c
- Binomials are two term polynomials. Example: 4x - 5
- Trinomials are three term polynomials. Example:
- A polynomial is a mathematical expression involving the sum of a number of terms. The terms are separated by + & - signs.
